Meridian advised the Shareholders of Zenergi Limited on their sale to private equity firm August Equity LLP, with Meridian realising an equity stake.
Southampton based Zenergi, provides clients in the private and public sector throughout the UK with energy brokerage and administration services. They are the leading UK independent energy provider to the education sector, providing a suite of services around energy procurement, invoice validation and contract management.
