Meridian advised the shareholders of Digits Industries Ltd on their sale to LDC backed Ciphr Ltd.

In business since 1993 Digits is a leading provider of e-learning solutions to a blue-chip customer base, with particular focus on automotive, retail and finance sectors. The sale adds Digits specialist toolset to CIPHRs existing HR platform, creating an end to end solution for customers to manage and train staff.
