Meridian advised Jan Robinson and Katie Robinson, the shareholders of A1 Hire & Sales Ltd on their sale to Hire Service Group Ltd.
Jan left Hire Service Group to set up A1 Hire & Sales twenty five years to the day.
A1 Hire & Sales are Dorset's leading independent hire company in the field of industrial plant, tool and machinery hire.
Michael Barcia and Darren Thompson, Directors at Meridian led the transaction, with Jamie Wollen, partner at Lester Aldridge leading the legal input.
