Meridian Corporate Finance is proud to have played a pivotal role in the successful management buyout (MBO) of Just Kampers Ltd.

Based in Hampshire and serving customers globally, Just Kampers is a leading supplier of parts, accessories, and services for classic and modern Volkswagen vehicles. Since its founding in 1989, under the leadership of Mark Reynolds, the company has experienced consistent growth and success.

In 2023, Mark decided to step back and pursue new ventures, including dedicating more time to his extensive Volkswagen collection. During this transition, he built a highly capable management team, fully confident in their ability to oversee the company's day-to-day operations.
