Meridian advised CNC shareholders on a strategic sale to FluidOne, a PE-backed cloud provider, facilitating the establishment of a new division in the South coast of the UK. The transaction exceeded initial valuation expectations through a competitive process led by Meridian.

Meridian successfully advised on the sale of RiskSTOP to Ardonagh Advisory, navigating challenges of diverse shareholder interests. Through strategic negotiations and a thorough market process, Meridian secured a highly compelling offer that exceeded shareholder expectations. The transaction, completed in just 77 days, and ensures continued growth opportunities for RiskSTOP under new ownership.
