Based in Segensworth and founded in 1999, Dream Doors in a renowned kitchen refit franchisor with a network of over 90 franchisees across the UK.
Dream Doors is an example of the longer term value that Meridian seek to add, particularly in situations where the market will not met shareholder's value expectations in the short term. Having structured and led the MBO transxcation in 2017, Meridian sourced and appointed new management resource and, in 2018, structured and obtained approval to fund the exit of a non-operational shareholder.
The Meridian team continues on the growth journey with Dream Doors, creating opportunities for the shareholders to realise further value going forward.
