Meridian advised the shareholders of CMA Financial Recruitment Ltd on a management buy-out to transfer the business to the next generation of management.

A leading recruitment firm with offices across the South of England, CMA engaged Meridian to assist with structuring a management buy-out and raising of debt from HSBC.

Meridian directors Michael Barcia and Philip Mettam worked alongside Paul Braye at BDO and Stephen Porter at Shoosmiths to structure a tax efficient solution that enabled the next generation of management to take a greater role on the direction of the business and prepare for the next stage of growth.
