Meridian advised the shareholders of Chamonix Estates on the sale of their residential management division to FirstPort.

Local business FirstPort are backed by a leading mid-market private equity firm Equistone Partners Europe.

Working alongside local advisers including Shoosmiths, Fiander Tovell and Deloittes, Meridian worked collegiately to secure a great deal for both sides.

Established in 2006 Chamonix is a leading provider of property management, scheduled maintenance and legal services. Managing nearly 65,000 residential properties, with a new pipeline of developments that will add a further 19,000 to their portfolio, Chamonix is the 6th largest company in its sector.
