Meridian advised the management team of CDI AndersElite Ltd on the purchase of the company from the US exiting shareholders.
Established in 1984, CDI AndersElite are the leading technical recruitment experts to the built environment. With eight regional offices across the UK, CDI AndersElite provide permanent, temporary and contract recruitment services and solutions for a wide variety of clients across many industries, mainly in construction, civil engineering and rail systems.
The management buy-out enables CDI AndersElite to continue with their vision for the future, without compromising their impeccable client service, which is already driving the company to its successes.
