Meridian advised the shareholders of 5 Fifteen Ltd on their sale to Ingenta Plc.
Established in 1999, 5 Fifteen Ltd provided 100% web based agile advertising and content management services, delivering collaborative advertising sales management, analytics and native CRM integration specifically for multi-channel media companies.
Ingenta Plc is the world's leading provider of content solutions that transform business. They cover the publishing process from end to end with their suite of commercial products, content management and advertising solutions and content services packages.
The sale will allow Ingenta Plc to strengthen its product portfolio and strategically build on its existing plans to diversify its client base, extending its offering in to the media industry, in addition to trade and academic publishing markets.
