Meridian advised Safety and Survival Systems International (“3Si”) backed by August Equity (“August”) on their acquisition of Typhoon International Ltd (“Typhoon”).
Based in Redcar, Typhoon is the world’s largest manufacturer of dry suits and a key player in the diving and water sports markets.
