Prabin Sunar is thrilled to be nominated as a finalist for the Young Deal Maker of the Year award at the Solent Deals Awards 2024.

Prabin Sunar, Associate Director at Meridian Corporate Finance has 6+ years of lead corporate finance advisory experience. Having joined Meridian straight from university, Prabin has already developed a highly personalised, people-led approach to dealmaking as a result.

As well as an active CF adviser, Prabin also assists in managing the equity investments within Meridian Growth Capital. Through MGC, Prabin is an active board observer for TMA and is involved in the longer-term strategic decision making of business, helping him develop and provide longer term strategic planning and advice to clients.

As well as working on deals, Prabin is involved in several businesses at Board level. His unique experience in both Corporate Finance and Private Equity undoubtedly makes him a very well rounded and strategic young adviser in the region.

Prabin and Philip advised the CNC shareholders on a strategic sale to FluidOne, a PE-backed cloud provider, facilitating the establishment of a new division in the South coast of the UK. The transaction exceeded initial valuation expectations through a competitive process led by Meridian.
