Meridian Corporate Finance LLP (“Meridian”) assisted Control Circle Limited (“Control Circle”) to raise an undisclosed amount of development capital.
Based in the UK, with operations in Europe, Asia and USA, Control Circle is a global leader in the design, implementation and 24/7 outsourced management of complex IT infrastructures, where availability is vital. Their customers are a mix of blue chip corporations and some of the UK’s largest on-line businesses.
The business is ideally placed to take advantage of the growing trend for businesses to outsource their IT infrastructure hosting and management, due to the ever greater costs and complexity of operating these systems.
The capital raise will allow Control Circle to commercially launch new product ideas that have been developed and to expand into more global territories.
